The Global Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance System (GLASS) is an international collaboration, sharing information on antimicrobial resistance surveillance and data. By December 2018, 71 countries were participating. This recent World Health Organization report gives details of the surveillance systems and antimicrobial resistance data from these countries (268 pages).
