Following a series of collaborator ‘Meet and Greet’ events in 2023, The Global Health Network Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Knowledge Hub has published a new report collating the findings from these discussions, including a list of recommendations aiming to address the shared goals and challenges identified in AMR research across the Global South.

The report highlights shared areas of AMR research interest identified by collaborators across Africa, Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean, with a common need to intensify antimicrobial stewardship research and youth engagement initiatives acknowledged by collaborators in all settings.

To support the implementation of these recommendations, we invite anyone with an interest in addressing the shared goals and challenges identified to register as a collaborator on the AMR Hub Collaborator Map. Further updates on the implementation of the recommendations will be shared with all members of the collaborator map in the coming months.
